Women in the Kitchen
Led recipe testing and editing for Women in the Kitchen written by Anne Willan, published by Simon & Schuster. Managed recipe test kitchen to recreate antiquarian recipes starting from the first female cookbook author, Hannah Wooley, and onward through the centuries visiting recipes from authors such as Julia Child and Alice Waters. Additionally, I researched and edited chapters on historical foods, food styled, took food photography, managed cooks and judged recipes.
